A Variety of Yoga classes suitable for everyone

My classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, with options being given throughout the practice so you can personalise to your needs. I always say the most important thing in yoga is to listen to your own body, knowing when you can push yourself further and when to ease back. There is so much more to yoga than just the asanas (physical practice) too, so there will be something that works for you wherever you are at. If you are totally new to yoga, or not quite sure where to start then why not get in touch so we can chat about what’s right for you?

What to expect

Please arrive in plenty of time to settle in to the class before we start. You will need to bring your own yoga mat and any props you would like to use such as blocks or belts. It can also be lovely to bring a blanket in the colder months for a super cosy savasana. You may also wish to bring a bottle of water. Please wear comfortable clothing that you are able to move freely in, such as leggings, but be mindful not to wear anything with zips. We always practice yoga in bare feet. For aerial, you will also need to ensure you remove all jewellery as it can catch on the fabric. If you have booked on to a class, please complete the online health questionnaire before your first visit. It is also advised to not eat a big meal up to two hours before class. Explore zero compression inversions and a playful yoga practice using aerial hammocks. Combining traditional yoga postures with the support of the fabric and some creative variations, aerial yoga has so many benefits for both mind and body. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to Aerial or have experience and fancy playing with some flips and tricks.

Beginners Aerial Yoga at The Suncliff hotel

A perfect class as an introduction to aerial yoga (but there will be plenty of options to progress!)

This class is suitable for all levels and abilities and is held in the low light of the Suncliff Hotel Aerial Yoga studio. If you have any questions please get in touch before booking.

Restorative Aerial – Coming Soon

A slower, Yin inspired practice. The fabric is used to support the body in the postures, allowing for a deep release and relaxation of muscles, joints and connective tissue. In contrast to our regular, dynamic aerial yoga practice, postures are held for a few minutes, with the hammocks closer to the mat. Including gentle variations of zero compression inversions. Finishing with a wonderful floating meditation.

This class is for those who have previously attended beginners all levels Aerial classes and are looking to progress their practice a little further and give themselves that extra challenge. Please check with Nicky if it is appropriate for you to move onto this class prior to attending.

Hatha Flow Traditional Yoga - Studio 50, Ringwood

Hatha Flow – Yoga, Ringwood

A traditional yoga class, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of yoga for body & mind. Including aspects of meditation and pranayama (breath work) balanced with a playful flow of poses. Both calming and uplifting.

Classes will take place outside where possible, or in the studio. Class sizes will be limited, based on Government guidance and the timetable will allow for cleaning between classes. Please bring your own mat and wear non-slip socks at all times in the studio.

Livestream Yoga – Yoga from home via Zoom

Hatha Flow Yoga
A traditional yoga class, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of yoga for body & mind. Including aspects of meditation and pranayama (breath work) balanced with a playful flow of poses. Both calming and uplifting.

Yoga for Fitness Fanatics
Deep stretches and mobility for athletes. Working on those tight areas, because we all forget to stretch after a workout sometimes! Ideal if you run, cycle, or lift weights regularly, but also suitable if you just fancy a deeper stretch.

Bedtime Yoga
Gentle Restorative & Meditation. A slower class that allows plenty of time to settle into poses, with the use of blankets and cushions for support, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Wear your Pjs, trust me!

Private 121 Yoga Sessions

Private one-to-one Yoga Classes

I also offer private one-to-one sessions, or small group sessions. Ideal if you’re new to yoga and would like to spend some time building confidence in the practice before joining a class. Or maybe you’re an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice and focus on alignment in a personalised class. Also, this could be a great option for you if you struggle to make the typical studio schedules.
