I offer one-to-one training sessions as well as personalised fitness plans and nutritional advice. I love getting you started, building confidence in the gym and beyond, as well as encouraging you to push yourself to the next level… helping you to become the best version of yourself!
My Fitness Journey
Having always been quite ‘sporty’ in my teens, I found that after an injury I’d lost a lot of my confidence in being active and just thought it would be something I would never get back into. Working long hours in my previous job and fuelling myself with sugary snacks to get through, I found myself feeling less than my best.
Personal training sessions changed my life, transforming me from someone who would just do a bit of cardio on the cross trainer, to someone who is just as comfortable deadlifting in the weights room. They helped me achieve more than I ever thought possible, giving me so much confidence in myself. I started to think I’d like to be able to help others in their fitness journeys too, and decided to pursue my personal trainer qualification.
Someone asked me recently, if I’d still go to the gym if it made no difference to the way I looked. I thought this was such an interesting question. It’s so important to take care of our bodies. We all want to look our best and be healthy, but there’s so much more to it than that. It has made a huge difference to my confidence and overall well-being. I see my role as a personal trainer to help you become your happiest, healthiest self. Our bodies are all wonderful and totally unique, and I’m here to help you feel your very best.
